Essentials for Regaining Health:
Creating optimum health is a journey not a destination. What we do today has an effect on our health tomorrow. If you do things today to optimize your health, you will be healthy tomorrow. The converse is also true. If you do not take steps to achieve optimum health, you will eventually become ill. By following the 12 essentials for optimal health today, you will be on your way to achieving optimal health.
1.Feed your body - Foods processed with sugar, flour and rancid oils in essence starve your body. A rich supply of nutrients is necessary if your body is to be fed properly. The best methods to feed your body are juicing fresh green vegetables, eating organic foods, taking natural supplements, enzymes and pro-biotics.
2.Drink plenty of fluids - Water is essential for optimum health. Water is important for carrying nutrients to the cells and to flushing out the toxins from the body. There is no substitute for water. Coffee, soda and alcohol do not hydrate the body. To the contrary, they dehydrate the body. It is recommended that you drink at least eight (8) glasses of water daily.
3.Oxygenate your body - Our bodies are oxygen deficient. Cells deprived of oxygen become diseased. To increase your oxygen intake, you can drink oxygenated water and breathe deeply.
4.Exercise - Exercise stimulates the lymphatic system (responsible for removing toxins from the cells), increases oxygen content, and encourages bowel movement. It is essential to moving nutrients into our bodies and toxins out of our body. You should be cautioned against exercising above your level of health. This will stress your immune system rather than strengthen it.
5. Detoxify - Toxins have a very negative effect on your organs. It is essential that the toxins are removed from your body. There are several methods that you can use to detoxify your body. These methods include: colon hydrotherapy, footbath, far infrared sauna therapy, lymphatic drainage, herbal supplements.
6. Remove heavy metals - Mercury fillings are very common and are a cause of illness. It is highly recommended to remove any mercury fillings that you may have. The removal should be done by a dentist who is aware of the proper removal procedure. Candida (yeast) is specific to mercury. So the removal of mercury and other heavy metals are essential to optimal health.
7. Rest - The body requires rest to repair itself. It is essential to wind down before going to sleep to ensure a sound sleep. Take a hot bath, listen to calming music or read something uplifting before retiring for the night and never eat before going to bed.

12. Learn to listen - when we learn to listen to ourselves, we learn to listen to others. Meditate. Discover who you are, what you need to do, and why you are here. To listen is to love. Open yourself to learn about love. Love yourself, your family, your friends, your neighbors, your co-workers. Unconditional Love (which means forgiveness of self and others), is what truly heals!!
AVENUES TO REGAINING AND INCREASING HEALTH
The following is a partial list of proven methods and other equally impressive healing systems, which allow the body to heal naturally and normally as perfectly intended by nature.
There are numerous natural healing programs available, really too many to mention. But overall, there are some basic concepts that all of us, as human beings (biological carbon units, especially those who are ill), whether we are diseased or not, will benefit from energetically, physically, emotionally and spiritually. For example, cleansing is very important - the body needs major detox before it can start to rebuild.
How do you cleanse? Well, there are many ways. One of the most important and effective ways is through colon hydrotherapy. Cleansing the body through the bowel helps to remove old putrid, fermented, rotten, impacted fecal wastes, bad bacteria, dead cells, cellular metabolic wastes, viruses, parasites and much more. Try this therapy yourself and see how much better you think and feel, and how much more energy you have. Hydration is critical to the body. The body is made up of approximately 90% water. In order to maintain the body's water balance, one should drink at least half his body weight in ounces of water. Water is what allows the biological/chemical/electrical systems to properly function. Water flushes out toxins and reduces the build up of these "bad guys" in the body.
The body is essentially designed to take in what it needs through air, food and water, process it, utilize what it needs and eliminate what it does not use, what it has already used, and unwanted/unneeded toxic elements. This can only happen through proper and effective bowel elimination, hydration and urination, breathing and sweating out through the skin.
Generally, all diseases vibrate at low, slow frequencies (fewer than 50 MHz, cancer 42 MHz, death 0 MHz). Also, all diseases exist in toxic, dehydrated, acidic and anaerobic environments (low oxygen). Furthermore, when one's immune system is down, the central nervous system (CNS) is stressed, the body is chronically tired, and both the nutritional and mineral levels are deficient.
Oxygen is critical for the body's survival. You can only last a few minutes without it. Oxygen cleans the blood and body as a whole from toxins/wastes. As we age, toxins accumulate at the cellular levels and cause degenerative diseases to set in. Without sufficient oxygen, it is impossible to clean your blood. This can only mean that it is impossible to clean up your cells, tissues, glands, organs and all systems of you body. This is one of the major issues in which disease thrives.
In 1931, Dr. Otto Warberg won the Nobel Prize for medicine. His thesis on the cause of cancer was oxygen deficiency at the cellular level. His message was as clear then as it is now. "Cancer cells cannot live in oxygen." The fact remains that no aerobic disease, be it a virus, bacteria or other harmful germs can survive in an oxygenated environment.
Eating foods that are life giving, full of energy, such as deep green leafy plants and vegetables, are also part of the cleansing and maintaining health plan. Of course, going organic would be the optimal solution, but it does take some work to locate organic foods, properly prepare these types of meals, and they cost more. But, surely it will be well worth it in the long run; you will taste the difference, your body will appreciate it, and you will feel better (more energy). Some people have found that they actually eat less (when they eat organic) thereby saving money.
Stop the insult. What does this mean? It simply means stop, to the best of your ability, consuming the bad stuff that inherently harmful to the body or lowers the body's energy levels.
